Paradise Plants & Patios offers an exclusive limited 10-year warranty for hardscaping and a 2-year warranty for plants. With strict guidelines of quality, we feel confident in replacing and/or repairing any finished product that has failed or has been significantly compromised due to faulty installation.

Our 10-Year Patio Warranty Covers

Cracks in concrete over 1/8”
Settling on patios where the difference is more than 1/2 inch different than the original placement (or enough to cause pudding)
Failure of steps, walls, and caps by heaving and/or coming loose
Stone, concrete, or pavers that have disintegrated

This 10-Year Warranty Does Not Include Damage Resulting From:

Acts of God such as flooding, hurricanes, tornadoes, fire, and earthquakes
Abuse of products, such as motor vehicles on footpath application, heavy objects driven or placed directly above retaining walls where not intended, firepits or accessories damaged due to uncontrolled heat, and anchors installed in the product that produce unintended stress.
Neglect of properties such as weeds, leaves, soil, plants, and saplings growing in the product.

Our 2-Year Plant Warranty Covers

replacement of plants that have died due to

Poor drainage (waterlogged)
Improper planting (too high or too low, hole not backfilled properly, no fertilizer used in poor soil application,
trees not strapped properly)

This 2-Year Plant Warranty Does Not Cover

Plant death based on underwatering. PP&P recommends watering once daily using a quantity that matches the pot size. (For instance, a three-gallon pot needs three gallons of water daily. The only exception is during a substantial rain or if the foreman says otherwise based on abnormal conditions).
Overwatering, overfertilizing, herbicides, and pesticides that are not recommended.
We must note that some applications will void all warranties, such as
Installing a patio against a house that is less than five years old (We must build at least three feet away from these
Planting in an area that is known to be waterlogged, toxic, or over drained
Building a wall or patio on improper footings, such as sand, peat moss, backfill, or debris-laden material

Paradise Plants & Patios affirms that these warranty provisions are officially in effect as of 9/5/2022.
